Peach Melba Slice
Peach Melba was developed in honour of an Australian opera singer. Our version features a peach, pineapple and orange jelly sandwiched with a light vanilla whipped cream between two fluffy sponge cake layers, topped with raspberries and chopped peaches. Customers won’t be able to resist this delicacy from Down Under.
