Defrosting recommendation	Defrosting recommendation: Remove the frozen product from packaging. Defrost the whole product in the fridge (6-7°C) for approximately 7 hours, one piece for approximately 4 hours. Defrost the whole product at room temperature (21-22°C) for approximately 4 hours, one piece for approximately 2 hours. Warm the whole product in the pre-heated oven (150 °C) for 20 minutes. Warm one piece for 1 minute in the microwave (160 watt).
